Britney Spears put on a concert in Tampa, FL last night, when she was heard saying, “My p*ssy is hangin’ out!”  And I’m not inclined to disagree, since she was wearing one of those Madonna-looking outfits. But Britney is going to have to work on her crotch muscles if she wants to mimic Madonna!
