I absolutely love Katy Perry’s outfit at the MTV Europe Music Awards. I don’t care if those are eyeballs on her boobs. I think it’s the shoes that really do it for me.  But I have to ask, is that a baby bump I see?  I think a little Katy Perry/Travis McCoy baby would be so cute!
