After reading about what good sports the Jonas Brothers were after being mocked on national television by Russell Brand at the MTV VMAs, I completely and totally retract my former statement that the eldest JoBro, Kevin Jonas, is a D-bag. And to be honest, I was only kidding to begin with, a way to stir up a conversation amongst fans. After all, it’s not the Jonas’ I have a problem with, and it’s not even the fans. It’s the super-psychotic “OMG TH3 J0N@$ BR0TH3R$ R TH3 B3$T B@ND 3V3R!!!!!!!!!!!!!”-type fans. You know the ones…the ones that would slit your throat if you found out you ever said anything negative about the JoBros, or you happened to be dating one of them (‘OMG NO HE’S MIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNEEEEEE!!!!!!!”). So yeah. Anyway.
After Russell Brand made an ass out of himself, and Jordin Sparks made an ass out of herself retaliating, it was the Jonas’ that kept their cool and sense of humor about it all.
“For us it’s cool to see that he recognizes we are gentleman,” said the youngest JoBro, Nick.
Adds Kevin, “We had a lot of friends there and everybody’s so nice. We had a good time.”
And not only were they not offended by Brand, but they actually are fans of him!
“I think he did a good job. We saw him on [The Late Show With] Conan O’Brien and thought he was hilarious,” says Nick.
“I think he focused on certain things and didn’t move off of them,” says Kevin. “People’s attention spans in America need more than that.”
So fans, you were right and I was wrong. The Jonas Brothers, as much as I am not a fan of their music, are pretty adorable and okay in my book.

Wow, well atleast you changed your mind. (: & to the people commenting before: Opinions are a right, and you’ve expressed yours. So, now mine: Kevin and his brothers have talent and values that most famous people dont have. Im not really sure why you trash him when hes done honestly nothing wrong but go after his dreams & actually succede. And I’m not one of the fans that would threaten to kill someone for expressing their negative opinion, thats actually a little scary o_O. & technically they arnt actually a ”boy band” they are an normal band.. like most that im sure your a fan of? BUT the diffrence is that they have younger fans than most, which is normal because they are with Disney. OH, and jordin sparks didnt make an ass of herself, she just stood up for the boys. so did perez hilton, but it was AFTER the VMAs so yea.
