Miley Cyrus was seen shopping at Royal Duchess clothing store with sister Brandi recently, when she decided to try on some more revealing items.

Of course a slew of cameramen were there to capture the whole thing.  I want to defend her since she’s only sixteen and jailbait, but I have a feeling she’s asking for it. Besides, Britney Spears was a lot worse at that age than Miley is!
