Actor Dylan McDermott and his wife, Shiva Rose, have filed for divorce. The couple were married for more than twelve years.
McDermott, 46, filed a petition for dissolution of marriage in Superior Court last Friday citing irreconcilable differences, according to court records first obtained by CelebTV.com.
McDermott has appeared in such films and TV shows as The Practice, Ally McBeal, Steel Magnolias, and Twister. Rose has appeared on Las Vegas, CSI: Miami, and The Practice. The couple has two daughters together.
