Please bear with us as we will be working on this site over the next couple of days. Here’s a little background and introduction:
The name “Gravy and Biscuits” comes from two phrases I always use when reading the headlines: “Good Gravy!” and “That really burns my biscuits!” It seems like any story you hear these days, whether it be regarding the Presidential race or the latest pop wreck forgetting her underpants, can be related to one of these phrases.
The site is dedicated to two people (a common-law husband and wife team) writing whatever the hell they want to write about current events and pop culture. This site will feature stories on sports, celebrities, politics, news, and anything else we feel like including. It won’t always be sunny, and it won’t always be safe for work. But it will hopefully be sure to make you laugh, regardless of how raunchy it may sometimes be! At Gravy and Biscuits, we promise to be true to our Southern roots, and praise the good and scorn the bad. And just like Southern comfort food, it won’t always be good for you, but it will hopefully leave you feeling satisfied.
