Lee Grivas, the on-and-off boyfriend of actress Christina Applegate, was found dead July 1 in his apartment. He was 26.

Grivas died of an apparent heroin overdose, though no official cause of death has been determined at this time.

Applegate is “absolutely devastated over the sudden loss,” says a source.

Christina and Grivas dated for two years. They met in 2006 when Christina was performing in Sweet Charity on Broadway. She was still married to Johnathon Schaech at the time. RIP, Lee!
