Chris Brown has turned himself into the police on an alleged domestic violence felony battery that occurred early this morning near Hancock Park in L.A, according to TMZ.

According to the female victim — who cops refuse to identify — she and Chris got into an argument which turned violent. Cops say when they arrived to the scene, Brown had split, but the woman had “visible injuries and identified Brown as her attacker.”

Both Chris Brown and Rihanna were scheduled to perform at tonight’s Grammy Awards, but neither of them showed.  People reported that the two were involved in a car accident, but the story has since been removed.   Both Brown and Rihanna were at Clive Davis‘ Grammy party last night (these pictures are from that event). Brown has been charged with one count felony criminal threats. His bail has been set at $50,000.
