Defamer is reporting that MADtv will end its run after this season is over. This makes the FOX sketch comedy show’s fourteenth season.
“It’s true,” says a highly-placed source. “We’re finishing out the season, then we’re done.”
To be honest, I haven’t seen anything besides reruns in ages. Also, I didn’t even recognize any of the show’s cast aside from Bobby Lee. Now I guess Saturday Night Live will have a monopoly on sketch comedy, giving them even less of a reason to try to be funny!
